I led the industrial design of Hydro Flask’s 24 oz Insulated Shaker Bottle, focusing on usability, ergonomics, and brand consistency. The goal was a shaker that mixes smoothies and protein shakes effectively while keeping contents cold for up to 24 hours.

We incorporated a whisk ball for thorough mixing and a spring-assisted flip-top chug spout for easy drinking. The ergonomic silhouette was refined to fit comfortably in hand and standard cup holders, while a removable gasket ensures easy cleaning. TempShield® double-wall insulation and durable stainless steel deliver reliable cold retention without flavor transfer.

The final design balances functionality, comfort, and Hydro Flask’s signature aesthetic, resulting in a shaker that performs well in both fitness and everyday routines.
