Hydro Flask’s parent company, Helen of Troy, also owns OXO. During my time there, the two design teams were being merged into a single shared resource for Helen of Troy, creating an opportunity to combine expertise across brands. The project constraints required leveraging OXO’s proven product architecture and manufacturing processes while adapting the visual brand language to create a product that Hydro Flask could own. This involved carefully balancing functional performance with Hydro Flask’s signature aesthetic, ensuring the product felt familiar to the brand.
