Developed the form for the 20 oz All Around™ Tumbler, balancing ergonomics, everyday usability, and compatibility with standard cupholders. The team was given a target volume and freedom to explore the exterior form, which led to a tapered geometry that sits comfortably in the hand while fitting securely in most vehicle cupholders.

This product introduced the first splash-proof lid in the Hydro Flask tumbler lineup. The lid features a pill-shaped recess that allows the slider to open and close easily while maintaining adequate nose clearance during drinking. A co-molded slider was developed to provide smooth actuation while allowing the component to be removed easily for cleaning.

The final product balanced usability, manufacturability, and brand identity, and was later named the best tumbler of 2023 by The New York Times.
